Rice is my favorite food followed closely by wings. Today for lunch I ate at Wings and Rice on Benton Rd. in Bossier City, LA.

I went with the 10-piece Spicy Garlic Parmesan Combo. Not quite as epic as I was hoping for, but they had really good rice and the eggrolls were pretty superb.
